Delivery & Returns


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For calibration and standard stock items, we endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 days of receipt of your order.  Any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, courier issues are outside of our control.


Delivery Charges

Delivery within the island of Ireland is charged at the standard rate of shipping, full details can be obtained by emailing sales@techrissystems.com.


 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way and we will be happy to assist you.  If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days (Unless faulty) to our address below and we will replace, refund or repair as required.  All items returned must be in a re-saleable as sold condition (unopened) in original packaging together with any documentation.  We not offer refunds or replacements on an ex-display or sold as seen "clearance" items.


We cannot refund your purchase if the goods were ordered to your custom specification, or if the goods are a non standard stock item.


The customer is responsible for all transport costs when returning an item.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@techrissystems.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
