A great option to measure temperatures in the food & catering, meat industries. Ideal for use in kitchens and fridges, restaurants, canteens or bakeries. The DualTemp Pro thermometer's combined infrared non contact and penetration probe offer endless uses throughout food industry sectors.
For surface temperatures, simply point the infrared thermometer at the surface to be measured and press the scan button, the temperature is displayed instantly - quick and easy to use.
Alternatively, measure the temperature of liquid or semi-solid products, with theDualTemp Pro stainless steel penetration probe. Simply insert the probe and press the Probe button and the temperature reading will display instantly. The probe neatly tucks back 180 degrees into the side of the thermometer when not in use.
The DualTemp Pro also incorporates a very useful HACCP Check feature with icon with anLed light that will appear to indicate that the temperature has fallen within the HACCP danger zone between 4 °C and 60 °C.
