The on-board volumetric flow detector measurement system is a highly accurate and high precision displacement flow detector used to measure the fuel flow rate of liquids e.g. oil, kerosene. Can be used in conjunction with the Ono Sokki DF-2200 flow meter or the FM series digital flow meter. With a wide flow rate range: 0.1 to 200 L/h (measurement range ratio 2000:0), this systems can provide measurements from very low rates (idling state) to large flow rate amounts even fuels with low flow rates such as alcohol.

This compact unit can be placed inside an engine to enable measurement of actual driving fuel efficiency.

DF-2200 On Board Flow Meter

The DF-2200 is a compact on-board fuel flow meter used in conjunction with the FP Series volumetric flow detectors. Accepts both pulse signal Sig A and Sig B and also comes with a backward flow correction function to minimise back-flow.

Measure the mass flow rate by simply entering the value of standard fuel density, temperature and density coefficient.

The DF-2200 outputs the voltage corresponding to the value of instantaneous flow rate/ temperature/ pressure, and outputs the pulse corresponding to the instantaneous flow rate. CAN and RS-232C (option) are also equipped with the external devices as a communication function.

The DF-2200 can measure both on-board measurement and measurement on engine bench.
